A. Shipping Charges Within the United States

We do not charge any fees for shipping products within the contiguous United States.

B. Shipping, Handling and Order Cut-off Times

Generally, it takes 2 – 10 business days (Monday to Friday) for shipment to be in transit. The order cut-off time is 02:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order processing time is 1 – 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

All of our handmade products and furniture may take 4 – 16 weeks for delivery.

C. Delivery Terms

We use major carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. to deliver our products.

D. Address Changes

We cannot change the shipping address once the shipment is in transit.

E. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, your order has a tracking number that allows you to track it until it is delivered to you.

f. Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before your order is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy.

G. Packages Damaged in Shipping

If you discover that your package has been damaged in shipping, if possible, please refuse the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without you, please contact customer service within 24 – 48 hours to file a claim.

H. International Shipping Outside the United States

All international orders outside the United States (excluding furniture) are subject to a shipping fee of $10 per order. This price is subject to change. Any customs or tariffs imposed by your country are beyond our control. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and deal with any such charges. In the unfortunate event that a package is held by customs for payment, we kindly ask that you resolve the customs/duty charges as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in the package being processed by customs. Refunds and Replacements: Please note that we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for packages that have been processed by customs due to non-payment of fees.
